Ashton residents opposed to a proposed 97,000 sq.ft. shopping center at the corner of Route 108 and New Hampshire Avenue in Ashton have retained David Brown of  Knopf & Brown, the Rockville firm that has been representing Clarksburg residents over a myriad of building violations at Clarksburg Town Center??..
