About StriX

Our StriX satellites can collect data with a ground resolution of 1-3m and a swath width of more than 10-30km.

The StriX observation modes are Stripmap and Sliding Spotlight mode. Each satellite has a SAR antenna that is 5 meters in length and stowed during launch. The simple design of the satellites allows us to significantly reduce the cost and time needed for their development.

About SAR

Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is an active system that sends microwave pulses to Earth and receives the reflected signals to generate an image of the target area.

Unlike optical satellites that cannot observe in darkness or when there is cloud coverage, SAR enables persistent 24-hour monitoring.

Our StriX satellites use X-band for the precise monitoring of cities and infrastructure that are Synspective’s primary targets.
